The Class 2A Region 1 District 3 Nease swimmings team has been around for ages and we are here to stay. Head Coach Gina is ready for an excellent seasons along with the rest of the team and assistant coach Margrett.
All swimmers were given instructions over the summer on workouts. These workouts need to be complete every day in order to be inshape during the first week of practice so that the season is not focused on getting back into shape.
